  • What options do I have for paying for my purchases?

    All orders from the AO webshop can only be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and Twint.
    Note: All purchases to be paid by AO Foundation must be done by using SAP ByD and not via the webshop.

  • I cannot enter a quantity for an item, why?

    If you would like to order an item but cannot enter a quantity and receive an error message, this means that the item is currently unavailable and therefore cannot be ordered. Please contact us by email or phone to find out when the item will be available again if no availability date is shown.

  • I am an employee of AO Foundation, how should I order products for my private use?

    AO Foundation employees have discounted prices for AO-branded products in the webshop. You need to register as an AO employee by using the registration code available in AO intranet in order to see and benefit from the discounted prices. Please contact the Procurement team at AO in case you need further support.

  • Is there a minimum order value?

    No, there is no minimum order value. For ecological and economic reasons, we ask you to reduce small orders with low order amounts to a minimum if possible or to combine them with other orders.

  • What are the shipping costs to Switzerland?

    The shipment is done with Swiss Post and the costs for standard delivery are CHF 9.50 per package (excl. VAT). For very large and/or heavy shipments the delivery will be more expensive. The actual shipment costs are visible in the order process.

  • Can items be shipped abroad?

    Foreign shipments are sent with FedEx. Shipments up to 67 kg are possible, for larger shipments please contact us. The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process. The delivery time is approx. 7-14 working days.

    Please note that any customs duties or VAT on import are NOT included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. (=DAP delivery)

  • How long does delivery take?

    For orders to Switzerland, the standard delivery from the main warehouse usually takes about 2 days.
    For orders to abroad, the delivery time is normally 7-14 working days.

  • Can I also pick up my order?

    The ordered items are delivered directly by the logistics partner. It is therefore not possible to collect the goods.

  • Can I send my order to another address?

    You can have your order sent to a different delivery address. To do this, manually create a new address in the shop.

  • Can the items be returned?

    Returns are generally not accepted, but if an item is delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you may return the item to us within 14 days, and we will either offer you a full refund or supply a replacement.

    Returns must be made within 14 days in the original undamaged packaging. Refunds will only be given for products in undamaged, unused condition.

    In case you wish to return an item, please contact first our customer support via email and consequently send the item to the address below and include a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and action requested. Please note the instructions and conditions in the GTC for returning an item.
